We support self-identifying women in Sussex from all backgrounds, facing all kinds of issues, to live happier lives.

We are run for women by women, we support those with chronic conditions, those who have faced abuse, trauma, poverty, homelessness, or are in contact with the criminal justice system.

Services

  • Support Services: Women’s Hubs in Brighton and Hove including access to Food Bank
  • Women’s Accommodation Support Service
  • Information, advocacy and support for homeless and insecurely housed women across Sussex. Hubs in St Leonards, Eastbourne and Worthing
  • Women’s Counselling and Psychotherapy, we offer short-term therapy to all self-identifying women and are able to offer a combination of talking therapy and movement psychotherapy.
  • Women’s Peer to Peer Support Groups, Brighton and Hove, Shoreham, Eastbourne and on-line
