iROCK is a supportive space for 14 – 25 years olds to can discuss how you are feeling in a safe, relaxed and informal environment.
Services
There are lots of different people at IROCK with knowledge and resources to help with mental health worries, housing issues, employment, studying concerns or anything else that may be on your mind.
IROCK is primarily a signposting service – this means that one of our team members will work to refer you on to the most appropriate support service and in some cases, you may be invited back for some follow up sessions.
Follow up sessions are most often with one of our Peer Support workers, these are people who in addition to being trained in mental health support, have their own lived experience of recovery from emotional distress and will use this to inspire and help you further.
