Online Support Live Chat for over 18s
The service is run by LGBTQ affirmative mental health trained volunteers.
Every Monday 3:00pm – 5:00pm (we aim to provide volunteers who are People of Colour)
Every Tuesday 3:00pm – 5:00pm (we aim to provide volunteers who are Trans/Non-binary)
Every Wednesday 3:00pm – 5:00pm (general LGBTQ support)MindOut peer support group services are available to LGBTQ people aged 18+ based in Brighton and Hove.
People who are 50+, LGBTQ people with experience of suicidal thoughts, Trans and Non-Binary people with experience of suicidal thoughts, People juggling work with their mental health and wellbeing
